For shopping at Elite Health, you will be directed to create an account by signing up/ registering with us by filling an online form. Once registered, you can get instant access to all important information regarding your orders such as order details, consignment tracking, transactions, offers, wallet points etc. Also, you can edit the details by clicking the personal information button.

Once you place your order at Elite Health, the status of your order will be visible in my accounts section. Your order status may look like -: Payment Pending Authorization It signifies that your order has been logged and we’re waiting for authorization from the payment gateway. Payment Authorized, Order under Processing It shows that the authorization from payment gateway is complete and your order is being processed by the seller. COD Verification Pending It signifies that we have received your request, but the order will be confirmed only after you verify COD order by answering our verification call on your registered mobile number. Order shipped Voila! Your order has been processed by the seller and will be delivered soon at the address provided by you. Order Cancelled It appears when you cancel an order.

Your purchase at EHM Care comes with no hidden or additional cost. The charges displayed for each product on our website are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the buy now page is what we charge. You can pay for your purchase by using Debit/Credit cards, internet banking or can pay Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D). Be calm and first ensure if any amount has been debited from your account. In case of deductions despite unsuccessful order placement, the debited amount is generally rolled back by the bank to your account within 7 working days. However, the refund period may vary for different banks. Also, if the money gets credited to our account in case of an unsuccessful order, you can place a request for refund by calling our customer support team.

We usually dispatch the order within 1 or 2 days after you place your order. It can take 4-5 days for the consignment to reach your doorstep.

We constantly strive to provide our customers with a happy and peaceful shopping experience. Under our 14 days return policy, you can return your product within 14 days of receiving your order. If you have received a damaged product, our delivery partner will pick up the product from your location and hand over another product. Before scheduling a return pickup, please ensure that the product is unused and the labels, boxes and packaging remain undamaged. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you can place a return request and our delivery partner will receive the product upon inspection for damage, use etc. We will refund your money depending on the mode of payment chosen by you. Also, note that refund and return policy may not be applicable to certain products due to hygiene and consumable nature of the product
